Discreet, respectful support with the personal routines that matter each day.
Personal care at home
Personal care supports everyday routines such as washing, dressing, grooming, continence and oral care. We understand how private these tasks are and provide help with sensitivity, consent and respect.
Your preferences are recorded clearly, including how you like things done, the products you use, your routines and any cultural or communication needs. We encourage independence and only assist where support is needed.
Personal care can be included in visiting, overnight or live-in arrangements and adapted as your mobility, health or confidence changes.

“All the staff members are amazing, they understand my mobility and are able to get what I need.”
All the staff members are amazing, they understand my mobility and are able to get what I need. The carers are understanding and are not judgemental when it comes to my situation. They can tell when I am not okay and always attend to my needs, I really appreciate that about them.

“I would highly recommend the team. I needed emergency care assistance to support me supporting my mother following her discharge from hospital having suffered a broken scapular.”
I would highly recommend the team. I needed emergency care assistance to support me supporting my mother following her discharge from hospital having suffered a broken scapular. Mum, is a very private lady and fiercely independent so I knew asking for help and having carers coming into her home would not be an easy task. Speaking to the manager on the phone she assured me that she would come straight over the next working day to carry out a full assessment of Mum and take it from there. Straight after the assessment the manager liaised with me and reassured me and confirmed carers could be put in place within 48 hours. The carers were very good with Mum, always supporting her needs and seeing to it that her rehabilitation went smoothly. She got on with them very well. Luckily Mum has now made a full recovery and the carers are no longer needed but I wouldn’t hesitate to have their kind help again should Mum need any additional support. Many thanks to such a lovely team!
